FAQs.
Do I own my website once it's built?
Yes — fully. Once the project is paid, the code, assets, and everything I've built for you belongs to you. No licences, no ongoing fees to White Lynx just to keep your site online. You're not locked in to anything.
How long does a website take?
Starter sites usually take around 2 weeks. Pro builds are 3–4 weeks. Custom projects are scoped individually — once we've talked through what you need, I'll give you a realistic timeline before we start. Speed also depends on how quickly we get content and feedback back and forth.
What do I need to provide?
Ideally: your logo (if you have one), any photos, your copy or key info about your business, and an idea of what you want the site to do. If you don't have all of this yet, that's fine — we can figure it out together. Copywriting and logo design are available as add-ons if you need them.
What about hosting and domain names?
Domain registration and hosting are separate costs that you pay directly to your provider (we recommend Crazy Domains + Cloudflare for NZ clients). I'll set everything up and connect it all — you just need the accounts. I'll walk you through it if you've never done it before.
Can I get changes made after launch?
Yes. Small tweaks and fixes in the first couple of weeks after launch are covered. Larger updates, new pages, or feature additions after that are quoted separately or covered by a maintenance retainer if you want ongoing support.
Do you work with clients outside New Zealand?
Yes — I've built sites for clients in the UK and beyond. Everything is done remotely, so location isn't a barrier. Pricing is in NZD but I'm happy to work with international clients.
